Egg coffee was born in Hà Nội in the 1940s, pairing strong coffee with a custard-like egg cream. Trạm began in San Jose with a modern take on the classic: bold Vietnamese coffee finished with our signature silky egg cream. Lighter, smoother, and unmistakably Trạm.
