Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before preparation begins. Once your order is being prepared, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact the store directly for assistance with urgent changes.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination in our preparation areas.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tram Coffee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.

Conduct in Stores

We strive to maintain a welcoming environment for all customers. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask customers to leave if they:

• Engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
• Violate health and safety guidelines
• Damage property or equipment
• Interfere with other customers' enjoyment of our services

Photography and Social Media

We welcome customers to take photos in our stores for personal use and social media sharing. However, please be respectful of other customers' privacy and our staff.
